Your role

Are you well organized? Do you have a sharp eye for detail? We are looking for someone like that who can help us:
– resolve employees' HR concerns quickly and precisely while keeping them in the loop, from onboarding to workforce administration, to employee lifecycle and exit administration 
– treat sensitive documents with professionalism and discretion, minimizing risk
– contribute to HR related projects within our team
– stay in line with our internal rules and country specific labor law

Your team

You'll be working in the Service Delivery team based in Krakow/Wroclaw. We keep employees and line managers happy, solving problems for them by phone or through our ticketing system.
 

Your experience and skills

You have:
– a bachelor's degree 
– experience in a similar role 
– advanced Microsoft Office skills 
– fluent German and English (knowledge of French or Italian would be an asset)

You are:
– truly service oriented
– a great communicator 
– well organized, with a sharp eye for detail
– able to stay on track, even when no two days are the same (and you love that)
– known for your can-do attitude when tackling everyday tasks
